• Standard processing time: 5 – 7 business days for ready-to-stitch fabrics and 7 – 12 business days for custom tailoring orders.

• Processing time may vary during festive seasons or peak demand periods.

Shipping Within Pakistan

• We offer nationwide delivery through trusted courier partners.

• Standard delivery time: 2 – 4 business days after dispatch.

• Delivery charges may apply depending on order value, location, and courier policies.

Delivery Confirmation

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, email, or SMS for real-time updates.

• Customers are advised to provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details to avoid delays.

Delays & Exceptions

• While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to courier service issues, weather conditions, or customs clearance are beyond our control.

• In case of such delays, our support team will keep you updated.

Pickup Option (Bahawalpur Only)

• For our local clients in Bahawalpur, a self-pickup option is available upon request.
