At Dubai Tailor, every garment is carefully crafted with attention to detail, premium materials, and precision stitching. Since our products are custom-made and tailored to your measurements, we follow specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Custom Orders
As each order is made-to-measure, returns or refunds are generally not possible once stitching has started.
However, we stand by our craftsmanship. If you receive a garment with defects in stitching, fabric quality, or finishing, we will offer free alterations or adjustments.
Alterations & Adjustments
If the fitting is not accurate based on the measurements you provided, we offer one free alteration.
Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order and return the garment (shipping cost borne by the customer).
Additional alterations beyond the first one may incur extra charges.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only applicable if:
The wrong product or fabric was delivered.
There is a genuine defect in the garment received.
In such cases, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-stitched garments, fabrics cut to order, and altered items cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless defective.
Accessories or special order items are also non-returnable.
International Orders
For international customers, due to shipping costs and customs restrictions, returns are not accepted.
Instead, we provide virtual consultation and tailoring guidance to help you get the perfect fit.

Share photos/videos of the garment and details of the issue.
Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the return or alteration process.
